<p>A Columbus native, Byron Henry attended the Ohio State University for both his undergraduate education and graduate dental school training.  He then went on to further his education at the Indiana University Medical Center, where he completed a four year surgical residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.  After his postgraduate education, he and his family returned home to Columbus where he continues to maintain a private practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery.<br />
Dr. Henry has been traveling overseas since 1996 on humanitarian missions.  Over the last decade, the majority of his overseas surgical work has been involved with the cleft lip and palate patient, something very near and dear to him.  Since the initial encounter with cleft children in his surgical residency, Dr. Henry felt he had a “natural attraction” to these children.  He knew that he wanted to help cleft children in impoverished countries to lead richer, more fulfilling and better lives.<br />
 In September of 2008, Dr. Henry co-founded along with his wife, Stacy, a non-profit humanitarian organization called the Free to Smile Foundation. The Free to Smile Foundation provides free cleft lip and palate and dental surgery to the underprivileged and impoverished children and adolescents throughout the world.   Free to Smile Foundation touches the lives of children in Asia, South America and Africa.</p>

CMOHS is a portable dental practice founded in 1979 by Dr. Doherty’s father, Dr. Mark J. Doherty. CMOHS provides comprehensive dentistry in over 300 locations throughout the state of Massachusetts to populations who face barriers to accessing dental care. As a dynamic dental specialist overseeing a multi-site private practice and extensive experience in the provision of restorative and routine dental care to underserved populations, Dr. Doherty offers a multi-faceted level of expertise to our many clients.</p>
<p>Dr. Doherty has served as Dental Director for a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Public Health Dental Center, as well as an associate clinical instructor for the Post Graduate Endodontic Residents at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Doherty is past Chair for the Southeastern District Dental Society, a former Co-Chair for the Yankee Dental Congress, and served on the program core committee for the Yankee Dental Congress. Dr. Doherty also serves as an expert witness on dental-related matters.</p>
<p>Dr. Doherty is a 6th generation dentist and a 2003 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed his post-doctoral training at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) and received his specialty degree in Endodontics in 2005.</p>

<p>Mark has held executive roles across several industries, including Animal Health, Aged Care, Allied Healthcare, and Childcare.<br />
He has direct experience in business consolidations and integration, developing several businesses to reach key operational milestones while working with numerous investment parties, including private equity.<br />
He is a passionate people leader and a recent participant in the Bain &amp; Company Future Leaders Academy in Healthcare.</p>


Mark O’Brien

<p>Dr. Allen is the CEO and co-founder of DifferentKind, the dental patient and employee experience leader, producing data and insights that drive improved oral health outcomes for patients, practices, and payers. A leading expert on person-centered care, motivational interviewing, and shared decision-making in dentistry, he has given over 100 talks to dental and medical professionals around the globe and has published 10 articles in peer-reviewed journals and other industry publications. He also serves as part-time faculty at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.</p>

<p>With 20 years of experience in healthcare, Matthew is a go-to-market strategist specializing in driving growth initiatives. Currently, he serves as the Head of Growth at Pulse Equity, where he focuses on expanding market presence.</p>


Matt McGaw

<p>Matt Ornstein is the Co-Founder &amp; Co-CEO of Dental Pitch Brokerage a Sell-Side Dental Practice Brokerage firm that represents Sellers of Dental Practices and Dental Groups.</p>
<p>Matt grew up in Massachusetts and Georgia and currently resides in Jacksonville Florida. Matt<br />
graduated with a Business degree in 1990 from the McIntyre School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and began his career at The Home Depot and transitioned into real estate investing and development in the mid-1990s. After winning multiple 1 st place awards at The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association in the early 2000s for his multi-family developments, Matt formed Ornstein-Schuler Capital Partners with his friend Frank Schuler and still continues as the CEO today. </p>
<p>In 2020, Matt Ornstein co-founded and became Co-Chief Executive Officer of Fortem Holdings, a private equity and investment firm that has a portfolio of several operating businesses and real estate development companies. </p>

<p>Matt’s personal interests include time with friends &amp; family, bike riding, reading, skiing, surfing and travel. Throughout Matt’s career, he has generously supported the community and many charitable organizations.</p>
